Giving Great Customer Service-Scentsy Style

This past week I was able to attend a meeting where our Super Star Director Angie Williams spoke. She had some very good ideas that I would like to share with  everyone. One of the biggest (and yet, simplest) things that she does to build and hold her customers is how she fills out her order forms. She shows every dime of savings on paper. For example: A Scentsy System is $40.00 with a $5.00 savings. We know that and tell others but Angie puts it down as $45.00 and then subtracts the 5 off (immediately showing the 5 dollar savings). Every item that is discounted she shows on paper, bringing everything down to the bottom. Depending on the items ordered, it can add up to quite a bit of savings. When items are totaled-she then adds the 10% shipping-then takes it back off but showing the savings again. Think about it-the customer would be saving $9.50 on just one system. Yes, it is more writing on our part but are we not in the customer building business? Think about this: We are building our businesses in an area where Scentsy is just now becoming known. Angie sells in the heart of Utah, where there are more consultants than any other state and less people. Everyone has a Scentsy consultant!!! She has learned to keep her repeat customers happy while gaining new ones and building her team. I thought it was a great idea and wanted to share with you all.

New Beginnings

Welcome Scentsy Team!!!!
 I hope this will be informative to you as we build our Scentsy businesses. Our team is growing and we now have consultants in several states and hopefully, this will be a way for us to communicate with each other. Our lives are all so busy and we are in different stages of our businesses and our personal lives. Instead of a newsletter that comes out once a month-lets try this! New information will be posted, along with helps and who is doing what. Scentsy is growing rapidly and so are we! Last month our little group sold $11,000 in product. We are so fortunate to be in the beginning of Scentsy in Florida, Alabama, Ohio and Georgia!!! I never planned on selling anything (certainly not building a team) but the more I have learned about Scentsy in the last 14 months makes me want to tell everyone. I attended Director's Boot Camp in February and when I think I can't be impressed any more-I can. Whether you build your business with online sales, home parties, basket parties, fairs, fundraisers, one on one or big events-we can all be successful in Scentsy!
